Your worst chapter doesn’t have to be your last chapter.
Welcome! I’m Krista — a crisis-to-comeback coach. I’ve lost a child, fought cancer twice, and rebuilt my life through divorce, and I’m still standing. This is a place for women who are in the middle of their hardest season and need to know: you don’t have to have it figured out. You just have to keep going.

You are not a product of your circumstances.
Progress over perfect.
You don’t need a five-step plan or a finished version of yourself. You need one percent better, one day at a time. That’s the whole method — showing up as you are and taking the next step anyway.
The messy is what connects us.
This isn’t a highlight reel. It’s a community built on honesty about the hard parts — grief, fear, uncertainty — because that’s where real connection and real forward motion start.
Still standing means you get to keep going, even without having it all figured out.
Whatever brought you here — loss, illness, divorce, or a chapter you never saw coming — you don’t have to carry it alone, and you don’t have to pretend you’re fine. Come as you are. Grace is built in.
Hi! I’m Krista.
Between 2020 and 2026, I lost my 17-year-old son, was diagnosed with breast cancer twice, and went through a divorce. The morning after my son died, I told my kids: this has the capability to destroy us, but we will live — and we’ll do it with grace in spite of this.
People kept telling me I moved through it all with a smile, with strength, with grace I didn’t feel like I had. Still Standing is what that became: proof that you don’t need to have it all together… you just need to keep showing up. One step, one percent, one day at a time.
